Acceptance
By accessing or using TRUKOPS, you agree to these Terms. If you use TRUKOPS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
The service
TRUKOPS provides fleet management tools for trucking operations, including dispatch, trips, loads, drivers, trucks, brokers, locations, settlements, reports, team access, and related workflows. Features may change over time as we improve the app.
Accounts and workspace access
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting, removing, and managing users and roles.
- You must provide accurate information and keep business, contact, and operational records current.
- You may not share access with unauthorized users or use another user's account without permission.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the business and operational records you enter into TRUKOPS. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that data as needed to provide and improve the service, support users, secure the service, and comply with law.
Acceptable use
- Do not use TRUKOPS for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt service, scrape data, reverse engineer restricted service components, or access systems without authorization.
- Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or content that violates the rights of others.
- Do not use TRUKOPS to evade transportation, safety, tax, labor, or regulatory obligations.
Compliance and professional responsibility
TRUKOPS is an operational tool. It is not a carrier, freight broker, dispatcher of record, legal advisor, tax advisor, safety consultant, or compliance authority. You are responsible for reviewing app outputs and complying with applicable laws, contracts, permits, insurance requirements, safety rules, driver rules, hours-of-service rules, tax requirements, and transportation regulations.
Third-party services
TRUKOPS may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, maps, route tools, place search, analytics, app distribution, payment, and support. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TRUKOPS reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms when needed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimers
TRUKOPS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EAV Technologies (EAV Logistics LLC) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, transportation delays, regulatory penalties, or operational losses arising from use of TRUKOPS.
Termination
You may stop using TRUKOPS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that could harm users, the service, or others.
