Delete your TRUKOPS account

You can request deletion of your TruckOps app account and associated app data from inside the app or by email if you cannot access your account.

Delete from the app

If you can access TRUKOPS, this is the fastest deletion path.

  1. Open the TRUKOPS app.
  2. Go to Settings or your account area.
  3. Choose the account deletion option if available.
  4. Review the confirmation message and submit the deletion request.

Deleting your account removes your TRUKOPS account profile and personal account data associated with the app, subject to the retention details below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email TRUKOPS support from the email address associated with your account.

Email deletion request

Include your account email, company or workspace name, device platform, and any details needed to verify and locate your account. Do not send your password or payment card details.
