Delete your TRUKOPS account
You can request deletion of your TruckOps app account and associated app data from inside the app or by email if you cannot access your account.
Delete from the app
If you can access TRUKOPS, this is the fastest deletion path.
- Open the TRUKOPS app.
- Go to Settings or your account area.
- Choose the account deletion option if available.
- Review the confirmation message and submit the deletion request.
Deleting your account removes your TRUKOPS account profile and personal account data associated with the app, subject to the retention details below.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email TRUKOPS support from the email address associated with your account.
Email deletion requestInclude your account email, company or workspace name, device platform, and any details needed to verify and locate your account. Do not send your password or payment card details.
Data that may be deleted
- Account profile details tied to your user account.
- Authentication and workspace membership records tied to your user account.
- Support requests and communications associated with the deletion request, where deletion is legally permitted.
- Operational records that are solely tied to your personal account and are not needed by an active company workspace.
Important details
- Deleting your TRUKOPS account is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Company workspace data, such as trips, loads, drivers, trucks, brokers, settlements, reports, locations, and documents, may be retained when needed by the company workspace or another authorized administrator.
- Some limited information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax or accounting records, dispute resolution, backups, and service integrity.
- If you have a paid subscription through an app store or payment provider, cancel it through the account used for purchase. Account deletion may not automatically cancel external billing.
- TRUKOPS is operated by EAV Technologies (EAV Logistics LLC).
