Who operates TRUKOPS

TRUKOPS is operated by EAV Technologies (EAV Logistics LLC). In this policy, "TRUKOPS," "TruckOps," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the app and related services.

Information we collect

We collect information needed to provide fleet management, account access, support, security, and app reliability.

• Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, role, workspace membership, and account settings.
• Company and team information, such as company profile details, invited users, role assignments, and workspace preferences.
• Operational records entered into the app, such as trips, loads, drivers, trucks, brokers, locations, commodities, shipment details, statuses, settlement data, costs, revenue, notes, and documents.
• Location and route-related information you choose to enter or use in app workflows, including pickup and delivery locations, route computations, and place search results.
• Support and communication information, such as messages you send to support, deletion requests, invite emails, and related troubleshooting details.
• Technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, log data, approximate network information, crash data, and security events.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the TRUKOPS app and related services.
• Create and manage user accounts, workspaces, roles, invites, and authentication flows.
• Store and display operational records for dispatch, trips, loads, management, settlements, and reporting.
• Provide route, location, place search, analytics, alert, and reporting features.
• Send service messages, invite emails, account notices, security notices, and support responses.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, and service misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

Service providers

We may use trusted service providers to operate the app, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, maps, route and place tools, analytics, crash reporting, security, and customer support providers. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver services to us and our users.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, within your authorized company workspace, when you direct us to share it, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or when required by law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Operational records may remain available to authorized workspace users until deleted by the workspace owner or an authorized administrator, subject to backups and legal retention needs.

Your choices

• You may update certain account and workspace information in the app.
• You may request account deletion through the app or through our account deletion page.
• You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to verification and legal limits.
• You can control app notifications through app settings and device settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use strong passwords, protect account access, and only invite trusted users to your workspace.

Children

TRUKOPS is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
