Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Use the account deletion option in the app when available. If you cannot access the app, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

How do I invite a team member?

Workspace admins can use the team or invite management area in settings to send invite links to drivers, dispatchers, and accounting users.

Why can a user not access a feature?

Some routes and features are role-aware. Drivers may have limited access to management, load, or settlement areas depending on workspace permissions.

Can TRUKOPS handle legal or compliance decisions for me?

No. TRUKOPS helps organize operations data. Your company remains responsible for safety, legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, and transportation compliance decisions.
